If your business still runs across spreadsheets, chat threads, manual handoffs, and disconnected tools, the problem is not that your team is not working hard enough. The problem is that the system is not connected.

Four steps to a more systemized business.

We help you move from unclear processes and manual work to practical software systems your team can actually use.

Step 01

Map the Real Workflow

Identify where work actually happens, which tools are involved, where decisions are made, and where the process breaks down.

Step 02

Design the System

Convert scattered steps into a clear operating model with roles, workflows, data flows, automation points, and reporting needs.

Step 03

Build the Software

Create software products, internal tools, integrations, dashboards, and automation flows that support the way your business works.

Step 04

Improve With Usage

Use the data your system produces to improve quoting, delivery, decisions, customer operations, and management visibility.

Software products built around operational clarity.

We sell digital software products and provide related implementation, configuration, and consulting services.

PricingApp

PricingApp helps service teams connect quotes, time, costs, and margin so they know whether projects are on track before it is too late to act. It supports quoting, time tracking, project cost visibility, revenue goals, reporting, invoices, and role-based access control.

FocusFlow

FocusFlow helps teams capture decisions, context, evidence, owners, and next steps from meetings, chats, files, and project work. It is designed for searchable knowledge, evidence-linked answers, and controlled publishing into existing tools.

Custom Systems

We design and build internal tools, workflow automation, data utilities, admin systems, reporting dashboards, and integrations for businesses that need software aligned to their actual process.

Practical building blocks for systemized operations.

These services can be delivered as consulting engagements, custom implementation work, private software components, or managed workflow systems.

NOrchRA

Node-based orchestration and rule automation for pipelines, APIs, notifications, database operations, scheduled jobs, and controlled execution flows.

Synclet

Lightweight connector and ETL capabilities for syncing sources, applying transformations, mapping data, protecting sensitive fields, and managing state.

ESR

Evidence-based search and retrieval for ingesting, processing, indexing, searching, and retrieving information across documents and operational data.

StreamMirrorSink

Recording and streaming infrastructure for capturing audio, timestamping chunks, and sending them to local folders, WebSockets, or HTTP endpoints.

DataShuttleBridge

Data synchronization and backup workflows for moving indexed or structured data between controlled environments using configured replication and delta sync patterns.

KitePod

Private, task-focused AI agents for research, structured outputs, workflow support, human approval gates, and configurable model placement.

Most tools digitize one task.
We help you connect the whole workflow.

Systemizing Solutions combines software products, workflow design, automation, data movement, search, and consulting support so operations become easier to run, measure, and improve.

Clear before payment.

Pricing depends on the selected product, deployment model, number of users, implementation scope, and support requirements. Customers receive a written quote, order form, invoice, or checkout page showing the final price, billing period, currency, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and delivery details before payment.

All prices, quotes, invoices, checkout pages, and order forms are presented in United States Dollars (USD) unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Software Products

May be sold as monthly or annual subscriptions, one-time licenses, beta access, private deployment packages, setup fees, or custom implementation packages. Product details, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, and access details are shown before payment or in the written order form.

Consulting Projects

Scoped before payment and billed as fixed-price milestones, hourly work, monthly retainers, support packages, or private deployment projects. Deliverables, payment schedule, acceptance criteria, and timelines are defined in writing.

Digital Fulfillment

Delivered through hosted access, workspace invitations, account credentials, license instructions, documentation, deployment notes, remote implementation sessions, or private deployment instructions.

What We Sell

Systemizing Solutions LLC sells digital software products and provides related consulting services, including workflow automation, internal tools, private software deployments, integrations, reporting systems, data utilities, implementation support, and software configuration services for businesses.

Digital Delivery and Fulfillment
  • Software is delivered digitally through hosted access, workspace invitations, account credentials, license instructions, documentation, deployment notes, or private deployment instructions.
  • Consulting services are delivered remotely unless a written proposal states otherwise.
  • Custom project timelines depend on scope, customer responsiveness, environment access, integrations, review cycles, and acceptance testing.
  • Customers receive onboarding details or next-step instructions by email after payment, signed order form, or accepted proposal.
Refund & Dispute Policy
  • Customers should contact technical.support@systemizing.solutions before opening a card dispute so we can investigate billing issues, duplicate charges, access problems, cancellation errors, or refund eligibility. Please include the customer name, invoice number, payment date, amount, and a description of the issue. We review billing disputes in good faith and respond by email.
  • For a first software subscription purchase, customers may request a refund within 14 days if the product has not been substantially used and no custom work has been delivered.
  • Completed work, consumed hours, approved milestones, setup fees, third-party costs, custom deliverables, and private deployment work already performed are generally non-refundable.
  • Consulting, custom development, implementation, and private deployment fees are refundable only for undelivered work unless a signed proposal states otherwise.
  • Refund requests must be sent to technical.support@systemizing.solutions with the customer name, invoice number, purchase date, and reason for the request.
Cancellation and Returns
  • Software subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
  • Custom consulting or implementation projects may be cancelled according to the written proposal or agreement. Work already delivered or time already used remains billable.
  • Because products are digital software products and services, there are no physical goods to return.
Promotions, Trials, and Discounts

Any promotion, discount, free trial, beta offer, early-access offer, or limited-time pricing will display the applicable conditions before purchase, including price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, trial length, cancellation requirements, and any limitations.
